Indusbello is a Brazillian company working in the manufacturing of medical and odontologic products for over 20 years and exporting their products to the whole world. They've tesked us with solidifying the company's image with a revamped identity design, which we did so through the use of Design Strategy. We've developed strategy, identity design, and packaging design. In 2013, the project was awarded in the Design Strategy category in iDSA's IDEA Brasil.
Rebranding, ID, design strategy
Through our research, we discovered Indusbello's DNA, which can be boiled down to two main characteristics: Professional & Human. Our challenge was to represent it in a simple and uncomplicated way. Using our Design Strategy method we studied the client's position in the market, their competitors, business objectives and public perception. We then find the gap between what the brand is all about and the way in which they present themselves. We found in the hexagon an element that could express all of the brand's core principles. The shape evokes collectivity and interaction through the hive formation, as well as a technological futuristic aesthetic. We also created a brand manual and trained the media and communication staff to keep the brand's philosophy intact. In 2013, the project was awarded in the Design Strategy category in iDSA's Idea Brasil.
